'Neutralization Process:
1. After rinsing perm solution, blot hair until excess moisture is eliminated.
2. Air neutralize at least 5 minutes.
3. Place cotton around hairline to prevent dripping.
4. Apply neutralizer evenly to all rods twice.
5. After 5 minutes, remove rods and work neutralizer through hair.
6. Rinse thoroughly with warm water for 2 minutes.
